The number of sample racks in the box is generally customized according to the size of the drying box and customer needs.Usually good racks are made of stainless steel and cost more. Ordinary racks are made of ordinary steel plus electroplating, and the cost is lower.In terms of thermal efficiency, the number of shelves should not be too many, otherwise the gap will not be conducive to the circulation of internal heat and increase the load of the fan. Therefore, the height between each shelf is usually arranged according to the area of the shelf and the size of the internal space.

The second type of polyurethane is expensive but has good heat preservation and heat insulation effects. The high temperature in the box can be kept stable within a few hours, which will reduce the operating frequency of the controller. It will be too high and safer for operators.In terms of post-maintenance, since polyurethane is injection molded into the box body, it is necessary to take out all the polyurethane during maintenance, and then inject it into it after repairing. The complicated operation will increase the cost of post-maintenance.
