What preparations need to be done before using the vacuum drying oven?

1.The vacuum drying oven is placed on the dry floor and work surface in the room without using other fixing devices.

2.A guillotine or air switch should be installed in the power supply circuit for the exclusive use of the vacuum drying oven.

3.Before energizing, check the electrical performance of the vacuum drying oven, and pay attention to whether there is power failure or leakage.

4.When everything is ready, you can put in the test product, close the door of the vacuum drying box, and unscrew the exhaust valve of the vacuum drying oven if necessary, the gap is about 10mm.

5.After connecting to the power supply, you can turn on the heating switch and set the temperature to the required operating temperature value.

6.Pay attention to the standardization of operation.

7.When the temperature rises to the required working temperature, turn the green light off.

8. When the vacuum drying oven is at constant temperature, the high temperature switch should be turned off, and only one set of electric heaters should be left to work, so as not to overpower and affect the constant temperature accuracy. When the working temperature is less than 150℃, only one set of heaters is required to work, and the high temperature switch should be turned off.
