2. What should I pay attention to when using the magnetic stirring heating mantle?
- Do not dry burn during use.- The instrument should be well grounded.
- When it is used for the first time, white smoke and odor come out from the board, which is normal.Because the internal insulation material contains oil and other compounds during the production process, it should be placed in a ventilated place, and the smoke and odor can be used normally after a few minutes.
- Due to the limited temperature resistance of the motor and magnet of the stirrer, the instrument cannot be used for heating only in the heating test, especially the high temperature heating test. Please adjust the motor to rotate or rotate at low speed (idling) to prevent the motor and magnet from being exposed to high temperature Damaged by radiation.
- When the high-temperature heating is over, please turn off the heating first, and wait for a few minutes for the temperature to dissipate before turning off the stirring.
- The heating part has a high temperature, so be careful when working to avoid burns.
- When the humidity is too high, induced electricity may be transmitted to the casing through the insulation layer. Be sure to ground the wire and pay attention to ventilation.If the leakage is serious, please don't use it again, you need to dry it in the sun or dry it in an oven before use to avoid danger.
